- Automated Fabric Cutting Machine

The woodworking section is fully equipped to produce seating frames, wood staining and finishing.A fully integrated computer system with material sourcing, planning and product tracking, backed by active stock totalling £1.5 million.
A self contained engineering section providing automatic tube cutting, power presses, CNC tube manipulation, robotic welding, on line pre-treatment and tool making facilities with paint powder coating plant.
Upholstery is an essential part of any seating manufacture; Pledge OfficeChairs uses a precision automated fabric laying machine for accuracy, with quality hand sewn finishing and the option of fabric embossing.
